Is there a design fee?
Standard personalization is included, with no setup fees. Custom designs may cost extra and will be quoted before production.
Do I need a photograph?
Portrait coins require a photograph. We will request it by email after your initial inquiry. For pet paw-print designs, we’ll request a scan or picture of your pet’s ink paw print.
Can the back of the coin include an obituary?
Yes. A shortened obituary or personal message can be included as a custom back design for an additional charge. We’ll confirm what fits and send you a proof for approval before production.
Will every coin look exactly the same?
No. Natural hardwood varies in grain, color, and subtle characteristics, giving each piece its own character.
How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 5–7 business days after we receive payment and your final design approval.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated separately and included in your final quote.
